Within the newly established Global Supply Chain organization of FrieslandCampina, we are looking for an Global Manufacturing Excellence Business group manager to develop, implement and drive the execution of operational efficiency via the delivery of Operational excellence strategies (OWOW).You are goin to drive continuous improvement across all business functions with key focus on Manufacturing, But also lead the Performance+ transformation and savings agenda in the end-to-end Supply Chain of the Business Group. FrieslandCampina adds a new chapter to our journey towards Continuous Improvement. After several years of implementing World Class Operational Management programs at 50+ locations worldwide, we are further developing our approach with a focus on End-to-End supply chain performance impact.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the industry (production location experience is an advantage);
- A successful track record in leading transformation processes within these environments;
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in working with Lean, TPM / TRACC and preferably also Asset management / Maintenance methodologies;
- Relevant and demonstrable experience and success in C.I., change management and project management;
- Knowledge of tools and systems such as production monitoring, OEE, loss analysis and cost savings reporting;
- Influencing skills without hierarchical power; demonstrable track record of working in complex organizations;
- Examples of positions that could fit well with this position are: Plant manager, Production Manager, Logistics Manager, CI manager.

- VacaturetekstAs a Global Manufacturing Excellence Business group manager, you are part of a team responsible for driving Performance Excellence worldwide in our Supply Chain organization.
- You focus on areas such as OEE, labor productivity, Preventive and Planned Maintenance, Performance Control Systems, Mindset and Behavior and training needs of the organization.
- You have a program management role for the Business group CI activities and as such you are a sparring partner for the business supply chain Director, Plant Managers and CI Managers.
- You will drive, support and actively conduct the analysis of performance data and capabilities and help design future states and roadmaps and ensure proper follow-up, prioritization and escalation when necessary.
- By using your analytical skills, persuasiveness and organizational sensitivity, you influence Business Group Supply Chain Directors and Supply Chain Managers based on your functional expertise to adhere to the uniform Performance Excellence program.
