In the Customer Care team of FC Professional & Trading, we are looking for an enthusiastic Manager Customer Care who loves to work in an international setting where you can combine your customer obsessed mindset and communication skills to realize agreed service level and flawless customer experience.
In FrieslandCampina Professional we develop, produce, and commercialize a range of dairy products with added value, targeted at professional customers such as bakeries, fast food chains, hotels, restaurants, catering companies as well as industrial food companies across the globe. In FrieslandCampina Trading, we act in the heart of the global dairy market, and our challenge is to beat the market every day: sell just above market prices and buy just below.

Wat we vragen

To excel in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in the field of Customer Service, preferably within the FMCG sector
- 5-7 years of work experience, of which minimum of 3 years in team coordination
- A deep understanding of Supply Chain processes
- A strong commitment to balancing customer satisfaction with operational excellence
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to adapt to different cultures
- A results-oriented mindset and an eagerness for continuous learning
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with SAP and PowerBI are a plus
- Experience with project management

- VacaturetekstAs Manager Customer Care, you will guide a skilled, dynamic team, driving them to achieve outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing workloads, setting priorities and resolving challenges in the team
- Serving as the primary escalation point for operational and customer issues
- Collaborating closely with different departments (e.g. Sales and Logistics) and the Logistic Account Manager to optimize processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Driving continuous improvement projects for an efficient order-to-cash process and high customer satisfaction
- Own, maintain and elevate our service level KPIs, ensuring a consistently outstanding customer experience
- Built and drive the mid/long-term roadmap for your scope
- Support well-being in the team and nurture team capabilities to boost performance
- As Manager Customer Care for FC Professional & Trading, you will be part of the Customer Care leadership team within the Customer Supply Chain organization of Professional & Trading.
