We work with some of the coolest start-ups, scale-ups (6 unicorns and counting :) and publicly listed companies in the world, and help their employees relocate in a hassle-free way through our platform and amazing client success team. We are now ready to scale up further, and expand our presence across borders and are looking for an **Finance Coordinator **to join us on our mission.

**Your role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal processes in a fast-paced environment, focusing on both finance and operations. You will be upholding the accuracy of financial processes, delivering precise and timely information, and actively contributing to the continuous enhancement of the finance function.

**What you will be doing**:
Finance Operations Support:

- Process and manage financial transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile financial accounts.
- Process end-to-end billing.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Accounting Bookings Support:

- Assist in the preparation of journal entries and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the accountant on maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Verify and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.

Month-End Closing Support:

- Facilitate the month-end closing process.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies.

Internal Reporting Support:

- Generate and distribute internal financial reports.
- Collaborate with the finance manager for analysis and insights.
- Assist in the development of financial dashboards.

Supporting and Leading Finance Projects:

- Actively participate in finance-related projects.
- Lead specific project tasks as assigned.
- Ensure timely and successful project completion.

**The biggest challenge in this role? **We are resourceful, value-driven and ambitious. So we have to be lean and creative in everything we do. We want to grow fast and scale across multiple countries whilst maintaining a top notch client experience of 9 out of 10. Are you up for the challenge?

**What you bring to this role**:

- Some experience working in finance;
- Proactive, strong organisational and time-management skills;
- Eager to learn and always looking to push yourself to the next level;
- Team player with a positive mindset who gets things done;
- Good communication skills;
- Good sense of finance and excel;
- Tech savvy, process driven and eager to solve problems.

**Preferable (not a must)**
- Personal experience of living and/or working overseas.
- Good understanding of the Dutch start-up ecosystem.
- The more languages, the better :)
