**About the role**

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for the finance administration of a major account You will be the Program Director’s finance partner and will be the face of finance to the client. The core of the role is to understand the clients’ budgets, commitments and spend. As your experience grows, you can continue to add value by taking more responsibility for pricing and profitability analysis. You will work closely with the project teams as well as being a member of the small Finance and Administration Department.

**Your responsibilities**

You will know the detail on client project financials. You will prepare Statements of Work and track Purchase Orders. The overviews of projects, their status’, their costs and invoicing will be owned by you. You will ensure projects are signed off, arrange for projects to be opened and project budgets to set up. You will initiate invoicing and review costs are costs correctly captured. You will understand the pricing and be able to use exception reports to flag projects going out of specification. Together with the Program Director, you will facilitate revenue reporting and forecasting for internal reporting.

**Requirements, skills, and qualifications for this role**
- degree level education, business-related topics an advantage
- excellent written and spoken English, (Dutch an advantage)
- strong communication skills, able to explain complex information in a clear way
- able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- determination and persistence to resolve issues
- accurate, numerate with advanced excel skills
- be comfortable working with deadlines and time pressure
- strong planning skills
