**Vacatureomschrijving**
In our HR team Netherlands, location Nieuwegein, we have room for one or two HR/Communication (co-working) interns. Our HR department consists of the HR Director, three generic HR Business Partners, the HR Business Partner Vitality and Absence, the Manager Compensation & Benefits, Compensation & Benefits specialist and two HR staff members. Our HR department works closely with our Center of Excellence Benelux, consisting of People Development, Talent Management and Employee Experience. You will be supervised in this internship by Sander Schollen, HR Business Partner. Sander will help you with your personal and business development during the internship period.

**Functie-eisen**
We are looking for a proactive and independent intern. Indeed, within the internship period, in addition to the necessary guidance, you will be given plenty of room for your own initiative, whereby you are expected to actively go out and collect information from colleagues.

In addition:

- Are you following a (3rd year) college education towards HR/Communication
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language
- Are you available at least 50% of the time, in consultation, to come to the office in Nieuwegein

Fluency in Dutch is required for this internship.

**Aanvullende informatie**
Your assignment, in addition to working with colleagues operationally, will consist of several value-added components for our organization. These components are:

- Research into the future of work, how do colleagues and our employees look at topics such as mobility and working hours (incl. business case)
- Initiatives to improve retention (incl. business case)
- Support on communication regarding vitality and sick leave procedures
- Support with communication and reporting on major internal projects
- Support with drafting a new jobsite and vacancy texts
- Structuring internal HR communication

During the internship you will receive a compensation of 650 euros per month.
