At Wandler we pride ourselves for being a luxury accessories brand that stands for its high-quality, beautifully crafted bags combining contemporary design with timeless elegance. As we continue to grow rapidly in Western Europe and the USA, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Operations Manager to help us build a robust operational foundation and lead our expansion into new markets.
In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the business side of our organization, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key part in executing our plans to accelerate growth in Western Europe and the USA, while also preparing us to open high-profile retail locations in key cities around the world. Additionally, you will contribute to our efforts to enter a few important markets in the Far East, as we strategically expand our global footprint.
We are seeking a *hands-on leader* with both strategic vision and tactical skills—someone who thrives on having everything organized, and can seamlessly manage high-level processes while diving into the details to ensure successful execution. You’ll work closely with our founders and become the first point of contact for the team, shaping this newly created position and leaving a significant impact on the future of Wandler.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and streamline business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and drive long-term strategy, providing key operational insights to support decision-making.
- Implement performance management frameworks to track, measure, and optimize operational performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Manage supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability and quality standards are met across all channels.
- Work closely with finance to oversee budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Cultivate a results-driven culture by motivating teams and providing leadership in driving KPIs and achieving business goals.
- Actively participate in day-to-day tasks to ensure timely execution and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Set up and optimize internal process management and develop protocols.
- Manage, follow and guard the Wandler Calendar.

**The Person**:

- 5+ years of experience in business operations, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or retail sectors. Also, relevant experience in a recognized consulting firm can be an asset.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on attitude, with a willingness to dive into the details and ensure tasks are completed.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- You are analytic, hard-working with positive energy, entrepreneurial and a true team.
