Reception Employee

As a Front Office Employee/Receptionist you fulfill an important and indispensable role; you are the calling card of our organization. As a host/hostess you are the first face of our guests, both by telephone and at the front desk. Your hospitable way of working makes guests feel welcome. You also support colleagues with questions. The office environment is your domain, you ensure that nothing is missing.

You will work in a large, national team of colleagues in both the front and back office. There is no back office at our regional offices, so you work together with your other front office colleague. Of course, direct colleagues are working at the same time, but they physically work from a different office. Being able to work independently is therefore a must-have for this position.
In other words: you ensure that our colleagues can perform their work as best as possible and that our customers and suppliers feel welcome in our organization. Want to know more about the role as a Front Office Employee?
- Do you have work experience in a similar position (advantage);
- Do you have strong communication skills and have an excellent command of the Dutch language?
- Are you skilled with computer and telephone systems and you have experience with MS Office;
- Are you able to work independently with a remote team;
- Has a very customer-oriented attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Working day: 8:00 AM to 5:30 P

Soort dienstverband: Fulltime, Parttime

Salaris: Vanaf €2.250,00 per maand

Verwacht aantal uur: Niet minder dan 12 per week
