Are you a passionate and committed professional with strong managerial skills and living a passion for medical / Dental technology? SomnoMed, global leader in innovative medical devices for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, is seeking a hands-on **Laboratory Manager** to oversee our Benelux’ lab activities.

This is a highly important role that combines operational management, team development, result and quality driven toward the execution of Lab activities, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing international organization.

The role also involves to develop and implement technical processes that ensure the continuous flow of lab activities both in production and repairs with the highest expected quality.

As Laboratory Manager, you will actively contribute to the success of our strategic goals in Europe, being responsible for the smooth running of the Dutch laboratory. Acknowledged as an experienced operational business partner to a commercial Organisation, the Laboratory Manager also contributes to achieving the Company' profitability target.

An outstanding Laboratory Manager demonstrates excellence management, organisational and interpersonal skills with proven Lab operational experience. This role requires not only leadership skills, but also showing an authentic, committed and inspiring attitude to lead, develop and inspire the Dental lab outstanding team.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

As Laboratory Manager, you will:

- Oversee the scope of a local Dental Lab operations for Netherlands and Belgium commercial businesses, and UK through an external Lab partnership.
- Lead and develop a team of dental Lab technicians and technical experts located in Arnhem office.
- Ensure reliability of processes, and best in class work execution.
- Drive customer satisfaction through expected quality in the products‘ delivery and repairs, and Service excellence.
- Act as a trusted business partner, building strong relationships with the Dutch Organisation and internal stakeholders regionally and accross Europe.
- Contribute to robust internal quality procedures, controls and compliance actions, anticipating and sharing any risk to our customer experience.
- Efficiently understand and use internal systems, procedures and processes, including the ERP (knowledge of NetSuite or equivalent) and SalesForce.
- Lead the change management in the team and beyond, promoting Company’ initiatives that aim to improve and strengthen the lab operation efficiency.
- In co-operation with Finance, customer service and sales management, contrbute to any further development of the region.
- Represent the laboratory operation in cross-functional projects, behaving as an active member of the management team.

**What You Bring**

- People Management: highly structured and self-organized, Focus on team’s performance through capacity to set and communicate clear objectives and expected results as well as comprehensive guidance and planning, active listener and natural problem solver.
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset: a proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive Laboratory performance, partnering with other operational teams as sales, customer service, finance and showing ability to work and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: ideally 8+ years in a Lab environment and 5 years + in a similar managerial position.
- Technical Proficiency: strong knowledge of a lab environment, used to get procedure and processes applied accurately as well as IT systems (NetSuite preferred, Salesforce) and regulatory frameworks.
- Organization and planning: successful multitasking and forward planning.
- Technical Dental Lab background would be a plus.
