**What will you do as **?**:
As Manager Operations at Bayards Aluminium Solutions, you will be responsible for the entire plant, where you will ensure the efficient production of large-scale high-precision aluminium equipment and structures.

You manage various production departments, consisting of a team of approximately 30-60 employees. Achieving the production targets (delivery time, costs, quality, technology and customer satisfaction) and implementing lean manufacturing principles and production technologies are important parts of this.

You are driven to optimise processes, motivate and coach your team members and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- You are a connector, you communicate clearly, you like challenges and implementing improvements. You quickly oversee issues, generate solutions and know how to implement them together with colleagues. You enjoy working with different disciplines within the organisation, having a broad range of tasks and coordinating a varied team together with us.
- You have HBO/TU working and thinking level and technical knowledge; courses such as mechanical engineering are a plus.
- You have experience in a production environment, preferably within metal, with knowledge of production processes such as milling, welding and sheet metal.
- You have leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and manage teams.
- You know how to structure and optimise planning processes (ERP).
- You are ambitious, energetic and have a sense of responsibility.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a production environment.
- Mastery of both Dutch and English, with strong oral and written skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, including milling, sheet-metal working and welding, is a plus.
