Deze transitie brengt nieuwe activiteiten met zich mee en dit heeft zijn weerslag op o.a. alle financieel-economische vraagstukken die spelen bij EBN. Binnen deze complexe financiele omgeving speelt onze afdeling Acounting & Reporting een belangrijke rol in het borgen van een gedegen planning en control cyclus. Voor dit team zoeken wij momenteel uitbreiding in de persoon van een **Financial Assistant.**

**De functie**:
Als Financial Assistant richt je je op het verantwoord financieel
- en risicobeheer van de activiteiten binnen EBN. Ook vervul je een essentiële operationele taak in het verder professionaliseren van het P2P proces waar je samen met je collega's aan werkt. Binnen dit relatief kleine team is er volop ruimte om jouw kennis te delen, maar ook om jezelf te ontwikkelen en nog verder te groeien. Andere onderdelen van je rol zijn o.a.:
- Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van de juiste, volledige en tijdige financiële administratie, met inachtneming van de reporting deadlines voor de samenwerkingsverbanden, EBN-beheerskosten en nieuwe activiteiten en het voorbereiden bijbehorende betalingen;
- Het uitvoeren van controles en financiële analyses op het grootboek, inclusief aansluitingen met overige administraties en brondocumenten en het verbeteren van deze controles en analyses waar nodig ;
- Het verzorgen van managementinformatie;
- Ook beheer je in deze rol proactief de balansposities, inclusief ouderdomsanalyses en volgt zelfstandig onjuistheden, afwijkingen en disputen op tot er een oplossing is gevonden en communiceert hierover met stakeholders;
- Het anticiperen op de functionele impact van veranderingen en/of nieuwe ontwikkelingen in financiële processen en stelt hierover memo’s op.- Als Financial Assistant is er volop ruimte om jezelf nog verder te ontwikkelen op Finance gebied. Samen met het ervaren team kun je zelfstandig projecten oppakken en uitbouwen. Je staat in rechtstreeks contact met veel stakeholders binnen het energieveld en levert hiermee rechtstreeks een bijdrage aan de energietransitie in Nederland._

**Jouw profiel**:
Jij werkt graag in een continue veranderende omgeving. Je pakt zelf zaken op, maar weet ook in te schatten wanneer je anderen moet betrekken. Wat vragen wij verder van jou?- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare complexe financiële omgeving
- Bij voorkeur een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding (bij voorkeur afstudeerrichting Accounting, Bedrijfseconomie of Finance & Control)
- Kennis van normen en voorschriften (IFRS, Dutch GAAP)
- Uitstekende beheersing van IT-tools (Exact Globe of andere ERP, BO, etc.)
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift**Wat wij bieden**:
