**Dit ga je doen als Process Risk Officer**:
Bij DAS is de transformatie in volle gang. We willen unieke klantbelevingen realiseren door in te spelen op belangrijke momenten in het leven van onze klanten. Daarvoor maken we slim gebruik van technologie, data en AI. Standaardisatie en efficiëntie met behoud van sterke klantgerichtheid is ‘key’.

Een voorbeeld van een project waar jij je mee bezig gaat houden is DiDAS, ons digitale behandelsysteem. Het is van belang dat de behandelprocessen in DiDAS eenduidig, gestandaardiseerd, risico en compliance gebaseerd worden ingericht. Je ondersteunt en adviseert het management bij het zicht krijgen in de huidige en gewenste processen, de beheersing van risico’s en compliance, het realiseren van afdelingsdoelstellingen en de implementatie van vernieuwende projecten.

Jij gaat vooral pro actief aan de slag met vijf hoofdactiviteiten:

- verankeren van proces-, risico
- en compliance gericht werken, denken en continue verbeteren. Je verzorgt daarvoor trainingen in samenwerking met de adviseurs procesmanagement.
- (senior) management, keten-, proceseigenaren en coördinatoren helpen om op een eenduidige wijze hun processen, risico’s en compliance vraagstukken te identificeren, beschrijven, vastleggen en beheren,
- het coördineren van de activiteiten uit de risicobeheersings
- en compliance cyclus, zoals het faciliteren van risico assessments (RCSA’s en CRA’s), testen van controls, het overzicht houden van de risico incidenten en acties.
- het ondersteunen en adviseren over compliance ‘Legal Landscape’ vraagstukken (Wft, Sanctiewet, AVG, AI Act), waaronder het uitvoeren van relevante Privacy management taken (DPIA’s, verwerkingsregister, recht om te vergeten) en het opvolgen en registreren van datalekken in een of meerdere bedrijfsonderdelen.
- coördinatie over alle Externe Accountant activiteiten, zoals interim
- /einde jaar controle, managementletter items en de aansluiting tussen ons behandelsysteem (JWP/ DiDAS) en ons financiële boekhoudpakket Exact.

**Waar kom je terecht?**:
Als Business Process Risk Officer met focus op procesmanagement en eerstelijns risico
- & compliance management werk je binnen het team Risk en Processen. Dit team bestaat uit 5 mensen (3 Business Process Risk Officers en 2 Adviseurs Procesmanagement) die zich dagelijks inzetten om processen, kwaliteit en risico’s te analyseren en optimaliseren.

Het team heeft een adviserende en ondersteunende functie waardoor ze centraal in de organisatie van JHV staan. Samen met de Manager Risk en Processen zetten ze tactisch en strategisch de plannen neer om DAS nog verder te optimaliseren. Onze strategische speerpunten zijn klantgerichte innovatie, ondernemende organisatie en financieel fit. Bij DAS heerst een mensgerichte en vriendelijke cultuur waar we waarden als menselijkheid, slimheid, openheid, betrokkenheid en optimisme hoog in het vaandel dragen.

Jouw standplaats wordt ons moderne hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam, maar je werkt ook deels vanuit huis. Jouw werkplek in Amsterdam is goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer en is slechts 5 minuten lopen vanaf station Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA.
- Je hebt kennis van Administratieve Organisatie en Interne Controle (AO-IC) en een afgeronde universitaire opleiding of een opleiding op hbo-niveau plus 5 jaar werkervaring in de financiële sector, het liefst in proces-, risico
- en compliance-management.
- Je bent analytisch sterk, pragmatisch en combineert denken met doen
- Je bent vasthoudend en kritisch als het gaat om continu verbeteren en resultaten boeken
- Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner en een echte teamspeler die zoekt naar werkbare oplossingen en anderen kan overtuigen
