International Justice Mission (IJM) vecht wereldwijd tegen ernstig onrecht, zoals slavernij, mensenhandel en seksueel misbruik van kinderen. Samen met onze partners bevrijden we jaarlijks duizenden slachtoffers, zoals bijvoorbeeld Aaron in Zuid-Azië. We helpen lokale autoriteiten bij het vervolgen van de misdadigers en ondersteunen overheden bij structurele veranderingen van rechtssystemen.

Ons Nederlandse IJM-team wil Nederland bewust maken van moderne slavernij en andere vormen van gewelddadige onderdrukking. We zoeken actief naar samenwerking met burgers, bedrijven, NGO’s, kerken, politie, justitie en andere overheden om onze visie te realiseren: miljoenen bevrijden, een half miljard kwetsbare mensen beschermen, zodat recht voor mensen in armoede niet te stoppen is Sluit jij je bij ons aan?

**Taken**:
Als onze nieuwe Officer Strategic Partnerships ben jij samen met het Partnership team verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en in beweging brengen van donoren in Nederland. Je bouwt een persoonlijke relatie met hen op. Je zoekt op een persoonlijk en creatieve manier naar wat hen beweegt. Je genereert op deze manier lange termijn financiering van ons werk. Je richt je primair op het Major Donors segment en op ontwikkelen van donor journeys voor individuele mid-donors.

**Dit betekent dat je...**
- Samen met je (regionale) collega’s van Team Partnerschappen en Advocacy een effectieve fondsenwervende strategie uitwerkt en implementeert voor Major Donor segment
- Samen met collega van Community Engagement een effectieve upgrading strategie opstelt voor mid-donors
- Bouwt aan een netwerk van donoren
- Samenwerkt met andere organisaties aan strategische partnerschappen voor extra financiering van onze veldprogramma’s
- Meeschrijft aan passende projectvoorstellen en correcte rapportages voor je relaties
- Samenwerkt met collega’s in het Nederlandse IJM team en regionale en globale teams

**Functie-eisen en profiel**:
We maken graag kennis met je als jij:

- Meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring, op het gebied van fondsenwerving/sales en/of (koude) acquisitie, bij voorkeur gericht op bedrijven.
- Bij voorkeur kennis van en ervaring met IMVO, internationale arbeidsomstandigheden, ontwikkelingssamenwerking en/of mensenrechten.
- Een relevante opleiding op mínimaal hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld (internationale) bedrijfseconomie, rechten hebt afgerond.
- Net als wij gedreven bent om op te komen voor slachtoffers van slavernij, mensenhandel en seksueel misbruik.
- Je herkent in onze missie, visie en kernwaarden: professioneel, christelijk en bruggenbouwen.
- Analytisch, verbindend, overtuigend en daadkrachtig bent.
- Gemakkelijk initiatief neemt, prioriteiten stelt, kansen herkent en deze weet te verzilveren.
- Goede communicatievaardigheden, zowel verbaal als schriftelijk; een sterke netwerker.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal hebt.

- (o.b.v. 40 uur) afhankelijk van je ervaring, en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden waaronder een door de werkgever betaald pensioen en een maandelijkse netto onkostenvergoeding van € 110;
- op fulltime basis. Natuurlijk hebben we flexibele werktijden en goed thuiswerkbeleid.
