**OVER SMART.PR**

Smart.pr is er voor elke organisatie die haar externe communicatie serieus neemt. Met een team van gedreven softwareontwikkelaars, commerciële uitblinkers en dataspecialisten verbeteren en verkopen we ons product. Doen wij ons werk goed? Dan hebben communicatie
- en PR professionals een betere werkdag. We combineren onze torenhoge (internationale) groeiambities met een platte hiërarchie en een ontspannen werksfeer; we presteren nou eenmaal beter als we gelukkig zijn.

Jij gaat er niet alleen voor zorgen dat bij Smart.pr intern alles op rolletjes loopt, je bent de eerste schakel voor onze klanten als Artis, Amnesty International en de KNVB.

**WAT GA JE DOEN?**

Als Operations en Customer Support medewerker ben je onze spin in het web. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en helpt bij het soepel laten draaien van Smart.pr, zowel operationeel als financieel. Je werk bestaat dus uit zeer diverse elementen:

- Financiële en administratieve taken die je supersecuur uitvoert;
- Op een positieve en professionele manier onze klanten ondersteunen via telefoon, mail en chat;
- Zelfstandig problemen oplossen, en waar nodig de juiste collega’s inschakelen;
- Creëren van een fijne werkplek voor jezelf en je collega’s;
- Samen met de People Operations Manager teamactiviteiten en evenementen organiseren.

Je wordt vanaf dag 1 betrokken bij alles wat er binnen Smart.pr gebeurt, en je krijgt snel veel verantwoordelijkheid.

Omdat je met veel verschillende teams werkt, vind je het net zo interessant om met een developer over onze software te praten als met een boekhouder over de financiën. Zo leer je alles over het runnen en uitbouwen van een snelgroeiend bedrijf én kom je elke dag zaken tegen waar je nog nooit over nagedacht hebt. We zoeken een energieke probleemoplosser, die het hoofd koel houdt, georganiseerd en secuur werkt en de juiste taken op het juiste moment prioriteit kan geven. **HET TEAM**

Je werkt nauw samen met de People Operations Manager op het gebied van operationele
- en financiële zaken. Tegelijkertijd ben je onmisbaar voor het commerciële team, bied je ondersteuning aan de gebruikers van Smart.pr, en geef je het product team input voor verbeteringen in onze applicatie.

Onze teams zijn hecht, en werken intensief samen. Doordat jij je overal tussenin beweegt, krijg je de mooiste inzichten.

**WAT HEB JE NODIG?**
- Je hebt een HBO/WO studie afgerond
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Je hebt oog voor detail en bent nauwkeurig zonder te stagneren
- Je hebt allround sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (spraak en schrift)
- Je bent empathisch en oplossingsgericht: je krijgt er energie van om anderen te helpen
- Je kunt goed luisteren en stelt vragen om aannames te toetsen
- Je weet van aanpakken en krijgt energie van een dynamische werkdag
- De wereld van PR & communicatie spreekt je aan
- Je snapt op hoofdlijnen hoe een SaaS-bedrijf werkt of kunt niet wachten om dit te ontdekken

**NIEUWSGIERIG GEWORDEN?**

Als je bij Smart.pr solliciteert, vinden er in ieder geval twee gesprekken plaats. Allereerst met de People Operations Manager (Yara), gevolgd door een kennismaking met andere directe collega’s. Daarna nodigen we je uit voor een meeloopdag op kantoor, waarin we een zo duidelijk mogelijk beeld schetsen van de baan en je kennis maakt met de rest van ons bedrijf. Zo komen we er beiden snel achter of er een goede persoonlijke en professionele match is.
