**Purpose of Role**:
**Your Impact**:

- Initiate discovery sessions with key stakeholders to understand customer journey & identify enhancement opportunities.
- Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements
- Shadow & support Technical Project Manager in agile projects through participation & coordination
- Conduct post-evaluation and performance assessments

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding of retail business processes
- Demonstrated project management and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for sports, technology, and innovation

**Education and Experience**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s program in business administration, digital, computer science, or related field.
