Naast het zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten, deze enthousiasmeren en uitnodigen op sollicitatiegesprek, denk je samen met jouw collega recruiters de recruitmentstrategie uit.Welke marketingactiviteiten gaan jullie uitzetten om nieuwe collega’s te werven?Het is aan jou de uitdaging de recruitment cycle zo in te gaan richten dat altijd beschikt over de juiste IT-professionals.
Jouw kwaliteiten
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Bij voorkeur ervaring in het werven en selecteren van kandidaten
- Interesse in IT en personele dienstverlening
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Rijbewijs is een must
Dit kan jij van ons verwachtenWerken bij Linden-IT is werken in een jong en ambitieus team van recruiters. Dagelijks houden wij ons bezig met het detacheren van support en beheer professionals; met onze IT-professional en klanten centraal. De match, samenwerking en het blijven ontwikkelen daar gaat het om. Daarom zoeken wij ondernemende types, die graag verantwoordelijkheid hebben, om mee te werken aan het bouwen en behouden van een succesvolle organisatie. Wij hebben de focus op persoonlijk(heid), ontwikkeling (voor onze it'ers en ons eigen team) en een leuke informele sfeer waarbij er ook zeker tijd is om successen te vieren. Naast een goede werksfeer bieden wij ook groeimogelijkheden passend bij jouw presteren en natuurlijk;
- Salarisindicatie tussen de €2350 - €3000 (o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband en o.b.v. eerdere ervaring)
