Your role:
You will be responsible for leading the practice’s ambitious growth initiative with our most strategic cloud partners. This opportunity is scoped for high performing, high potential subject matter experts who are self-directed, entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, organized, diligent, and thoughtful. This role requires a domain expertise combined with the ability to task-organize, focus on the details, and sustain and drive progress over time. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to rapid revenue growth in one of the most exciting and dynamic segments of the market. This is an ideal opportunity for technologists seeking cross vertical and/or cross industry expertise. Among other career-enhancing considerations, this role provides opportunities to directly and indirectly manage teams. 
Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture:
• Strong expertise and experience of how Data Platforms architecture is Solutioned, Designed and operates (like Lake Houses, DWH, Data Lakes leveraging the market trends like Data Mesh, Data Fabric and Data Observability) and with a background of implementing at least one large petabyte scale Data, Analytics, Reporting and AI program on any cloud end to end.
• Strong expertise in distributed cloud technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica other than the Data & Analytics services offered in any one cloud (Azure, AWS or Google)
• Familiarity with DevOps, DataOps & ML-Ops practices and methodologies. 
• Knowledge and any training on Gen AI technologies and how it impacts data platforms & analytical use cases.
• Demonstrated experience developing best practices and recommendations around tools/technologies for Data & AI life-cycle capabilities such as Data collection, CDC replications (real time & batch), Data transformation, Data Modelling, Model Management, MLOps, Model Deployment approaches and Model monitoring and tuning, etc
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cloud data and analytics services and incorporate them into project architectures.
• Strong understanding and experience around Data Quality, Data Security, Metadata management, Reference data management and Master Data Management.
• Knowledge and experience in any one of the reporting platforms like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc;
RFP and RFI Responses:
• Play a key role in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) related to Data (data engineering), data management and optionally on AI/ML projects.
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements and craft compelling responses along with identification of win themes and differentiators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Data and Analytics solutions.
Client Collaboration:
• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges and provide strategic Data and Analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence.
Thought Leadership:
• Stay at the forefront of Data and Analytics trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Share knowledge and insights within the organization, contributing to thought leadership initiatives.

What you will bring to the team:
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Consultant in the Data and Analytics domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Gen AI and its applications in diverse industries.
• Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based Data & Analytics solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Demonstrated experience in successfully responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s in computers or a related field.
