Wat ga je doen

?

Als Associate Valuations maak je onderdeel uit van een team dat onze cliënten ondersteunt en adviseert bij waarderingsvraagstukken in het kader van fusies & overnames, (fiscale) herstructureringen, verslaggeving en disputen. Het type projecten variëren van het uitvoeren van waardebepalingen en impairment berekeningen, tot het uitvoeren van purchase price allocations en schadeberekeningen. Naast het uitvoeren van berekeningen in Excel en het vastleggen van de waardering in een rapportage, houd je je bezig met het uitvoeren van onderzoek en het geven van presentaties ten behoeve van kennisdeling in het team of acquisitie doeleinden. Als Associate werk je direct onder een Manager die jou coacht en dagelijkse begeleiding geeft op de opdrachten. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om Analysten te coachen en te begeleiden.

Hoe ziet het Team Financial Advisory eruit?

Het Financial advisory team bestaat naast Valuations ook uit Transaction Services en Corporate Finance. Valuations bestaat uit een multidisciplinair team van collega’s met verschillende opleidingen, waaronder finance, accountancy en recht. Doordat we een relatief kleine afdeling zijn binnen Mazars, wordt het team gekenmerkt door informele samenwerking, respect en gezelligheid. Door het projectmatige karakter van ons werk, werken we vaak in wisselende teams samen aan uiteenlopende opdrachten. Hierdoor is er veel afwisseling, zowel in de samenstelling van de teams, als in het type opdrachten die uitgevoerd worden. Daarnaast dragen de meer ervaren collega’s actief hun kennis over, waardoor binnen ieder project er wat te leren valt. Maar ook als junior collega wordt het gewaardeerd als je in kennissessies jouw ervaringen met het team deelt.
