**Wat ga je doen?**

De Manager Quality Assurance (QA) speelt een cruciale rol binnen de organisatie door auditeren opgeleverde werken, toetsen en beoordelen onder handen werk en initiatieven tot verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de zowel tijdens de aanleg als in de opleveringsfase. De Manager QA is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van een kwaliteitsprogramma met duidelijke kwaliteitsnormen en procedures. De rol vereist een diepgaande kennis van FttH bouwprocessen inclusief het Bestek en Programma van Eisen, voorschriften, regelgeving en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen. De Manager QA werkt nauw samen met de architect passieve Infrastructuur, projectmanagers, interne en externe auditeurs en opdrachtnemers om te zorgen voor naleving van het kwaliteitsprogramma. Daarnaast ben je plaatsvervangend Directeur Operations.

**Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit**:
**Ontwikkeling en Implementatie van Kwaliteitsprogramma**:

- Ontwerpen en implementeren van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.
- Opstellen en bijwerken van kwaliteitsbeleid, procedures en werkinstructies.
- Continue toetsing op het bestek en Pakket van Eisen
- Zorgen voor naleving van wettelijke vereisten.
- Zorgen voor naleving van contractuele verplichtingen

**Kwaliteitscontrole en -borging**:

- Uitvoeren van interne en externe audits om kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen, gedurende meerdere projectfases van start bouw tot oplevering.
- Beoordelen van projectplannen, werkvoorschriften, contracten, programma van eisen, tekeningen en specificaties om te zorgen voor naleving van kwaliteitsstandaarden.
- Toezicht houden op de uitvoering van kwaliteitsinspecties en -tests.

**Leiderschap en Training**:

- Opzetten van een QA-organisatie
- Leiding geven aan en coachen van kwaliteitscontroleurs en -inspecteurs.
- Ontwikkelen en verzorgen van trainingen en workshops over kwaliteitsbewustzijn en -procedures.

**Klachtenbeheer en Procesverbetering**:

- Analyseren van klachten en kwaliteitsproblemen, en implementeren van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
- Continu verbeteren van bouwprocessen en beheerprocessen door middel van Lean Six Sigma of andere methodologieën.
- Rapporteren van kwaliteitsprestaties aan het management en aanbevelen van verbeteringsmaatregelen.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Communiceren met klanten, leveranciers, opdrachtnemers en andere stakeholders om kwaliteitsverwachtingen te managen.
- Samenwerken met projectmanagers en andere functionele leads om geïntegreerde kwaliteitsoplossingen te ontwikkelen.

**Technische Kennis**:

- Diepgaande kennis van uitrolmethodieken, glasvezelnetwerken, assetmanagement, materialen en regelgeving.
- Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en -normen.
- Vaardigheid in het lezen en interpreteren van bouwtekeningen, designs en specificaties.
- Expertise in asset management system Cocon, bouwapplicaties Geostruct, Fiberconnect en/of verwanten.

**Analytische Vaardigheden**:

- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om root cause analyses uit te voeren.
- Data-analyse vaardigheden om kwaliteitsindicatoren en trends te monitoren.

**Leiderschap en Communicatie**:

- Uitstekende leiderschapsvaardigheden met het vermogen om teams te motiveren en te inspireren.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Vaardigheid in het managen van conflicten en onderhandelingen.

**Organisatorische Vaardigheden**:

- Vermogen om meerdere projecten en prioriteiten effectief te beheren.
- Detailgericht met een focus op nauwkeurigheid en consistentie.

**Opleiding en ervaring**:

- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek, Kwaliteitsmanagement of een verwant vakgebied.
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een kwaliteitsrol binnen de bouwsector, waarvan ten minste 5 jaar in een leidinggevende positie.
- Certificeringen zoals Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, of vergelijkbaar zijn een pluspunt.
