**Over Peddler**

We zijn helemaal voor duurzame bezorging. En het is zo simpel als dat: onze fietskoeriers bezorgen alles, van mode tot nichevoedsel, inclusief pakketten van derden die normaal gesproken met de auto of vrachtwagen worden bezorgd. Om ons bedrijf te laten groeien, hebben we geweldige mensen nodig. En die mensen hebben ondersteuning nodig van ons fantastische planteam.

Koeriers vormen het kloppende hart van onze operatie en ons bedrijf. Zonder koeriers kan Peddler niet actief en succesvol zijn. We breiden momenteel uit naar meerdere steden en moeten onze grote en gemotiveerde groep fietsers van werkschema's voorzien in elk van deze locaties. Als onze Shift Lead zorg je ervoor dat onze teams voor klantenservice en koeriers alles hebben wat ze nodig hebben om logistiek groener te maken.

**Wat ga je doen**
- ** Routes creëren** voor onze koeriers om onze pakketten op de meest efficiënte en duurzame manier te bezorgen.
- ** Ondersteuning bieden aan onze teams voor klantenservice en koeriers** in de dagelijkse operaties.
- ** Nieuwe teamleden trainen** op de beste manier om onze klanten, koeriers en kantoormedewerkers tevreden te houden. Na je eigen onboarding laat je elke nieuwe medewerker de touwtjes zien.
- ** Het ondersteunen van het hele Peddler-team met zaterdagdiensten**. Voor deze rol is beschikbaarheid op zaterdag essentieel.

**Wie je bent**
- ** Vloeiend in het Nederlands** en conversatieniveau in het Engels.
- Je bent **beschikbaar op zaterdagen** (we kunnen ook tot twee extra dagen tijdens de week aanbieden).
- Je bent capabel en nieuwsgierig naar **Excel-werk**. Geen andere tools nodig - we ontwikkelen alles in-house en je training zal dit omvatten
- Je hebt **uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden**: snel, precies en georganiseerd.
- We kunnen geen visumondersteuning bieden voor deze rol - je hebt een
- Je bent attent en creatief in het vinden van oplossingen voor elk probleem dat mensen kunnen hebben.
- Je bent grondig en efficiënt.
- Bij voorkeur heb je enige ervaring in het plannen van shifts of in een branche die ermee verbonden is. Dit is geen harde vereiste - maar als je het hebt, horen we er graag over
