BCM Media, with titles in the Netherlands such as Buitenleven, Toeractief, Onze Hond and Luister, is part of the international media company Forum Media Group. In cooperation with a German subsidiariy, we will launch a new digital product for the dog market and are looking for an Project Leader & Manager. The position is possible as a freelancer or an employee of BCM Media.

The goal of the position is to be responsible for all economic, conceptual and project-related development and management issues, Independent management, organization & implementation of the project “International Dog project” according to defined milestones and business plans as well as successful implementation of the project with the aim of significantly increasing sales and/or earnings.

Tasks
- Responsibility for the realization of all existing project plans and tasks for a digital booking platform for dog-related services
- Taking measures to achieve the project milestones
- Number-driven development of ideas to improve the platform and other marketing channels based on KPIs
- Research on the product and within the target groups, including regular feedback from partners and users
- Coordination and organization of the project team (editorial, e-business, marketing, advertising sales) and external partners
- Price negotiations and conclusion of contracts with external service providers
- Management of all permanent and freelance employees within the project team (at the beginning 3 people)
- Participation in the creation and implementation of advertising and traffic plans

**Requirements**:

- You have always wanted to found your own start-up or already have start-up experience in e-commerce
- The prospect of high speeds, steep learning curves, a huge creative space and complete personal responsibility fascinates you just as much as being able to take high risks and opportunities as an entrepreneur
- You have already achieved significant success in digital projects and have relevant marketing and growth experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic achievements, preferably in business or computer science
- Fluency in English and Dutch with excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Inspiring and empathetic leadership personality
- Ability to recognize today what is important tomorrow and to implement this
- Ideally, enthusiasm for dogs and dog-related products
