Senior LEAN Improvement Engineer

Your main responsibilities and tasks:
Support and optimize current improvement structure within NAA; Co-design in the further development of Continuous Improvement in NAA; Support in the development of the “strategic / operational” goals of NAA; Drive, manage and support of lean improvement projects, workshops and initiatives; Ensuring efficient workshop and project tracking (key figures development) until project closure; Implementation of lean management methods (i.e. leader standard work, 5S, Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping, SMED); Training and coaching of colleagues with the methods from Lean Production to support the achievement of goals; Contribute to standardization and further development of the Continuous Improvement strategy; Execution and implementation of lean assessments.

Going to Gemba gives you energy, you have a hands-on mentality, and are eager to learn and develop yourself and your colleagues You know how to motivate the organization to embrace the Lean philosophy Completed technical or business related bachelor or master, completed Black Belt Certification and 5-10 years relevant working experience in a similar role Good command of English required, Dutch preferred
