Tot je taken behoren:

Actief aanwezig op de afdelingen om zo proceskennis en ervaringen op te halen bij collega’s; Opstellen projectplannen, projectteams formeren en uitvoeren en implementeren verbeterprojecten ; Medewerkers trainen en coachen op het gebied van Continuous Improvement .

Jouw profiel en DNA:

Een afgeronde technische of bedrijfskundige bachelor of master in een (technisch) bedrijfskundige of technische richting; Relevante werkervaring vanuit een soortgelijke functie; Jij weet hoe je collega’s intrinsiek motiveert om de LEAN-filosofie te omarmen; Je bent analytisch en werkt gestructureerd; Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werk- en denkniveaus; Een afgeronde Green Belt of Black Belt opleiding; Goede communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
