**About the Job**
As our new **Sensory & Consumer Research intern**, you will be joining Danone's global User eXperience team based in our Research and Innovation centre (Utrecht, NL). This team focusses on the Specialized Nutrition (SN) product category and is passionate about providing the best possible product experience to users and Healthcare Professionals.
**Your responsibilities in a nutshell**:
**Documentation and Communication**: Help in documenting user claims, findings, and recommendations, and prepare presentations to share with stakeholders to drive superior products.
**Assist in Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas and insights for defining the strategic direction of claims capability within the user experience priorities.
**Support User Research**: Assist in conducting user research activities, such testing, to gather insights into user needs and pain points throughout the claims process.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data analysts, to support the integration of claims capability into existing products.
**Contribute to User Journey Mapping**: Work with the team to create user journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement in the claims experience.
About you
- _You are a **master student** with knowledge in sensory, psychology, linguistics and/or **food science**. You are passionate about health & nutrition for babies. You have a strong interest in user experience design, claims processing, or related fields. Basic knowledge of user research methodologies and design principles would be a bonus.
You have strong **communication skills,** and you are an **enthusiast creative** **but organized** person. Comfortable into **international**, **multidisciplinary** environment, you can demonstrate **autonomy**, **proactivity,** and **curiosity** behaviors.
In addition, you must meet the following requirements:
- Enrolled as a **Master** student during the **whole internship period** (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- You are fluent in **English** - written and spoken.
- You are available from June for a minimum of 6 months; 4-5 days a week (Hybrid working conditions with a minimum of 2-3 days/week working at the office)
- Please note that you are required to **relocate to the Netherlands** (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
