Voor ons hoofdkantoor zijn wij op zoek naar enthousiaste en energieke **Teamleader Customer Support & Customer Support Officer **[32-40 uur].

JVM levert de Europese apotheken en ziekenhuizen automatiseringsoplossingen voor specifieke medicatiedistributie van patiënten die de veiligheid verhogen en de kosten van de gezondheidszorg verlagen.

**Wie zoeken wij?**

Wij zoeken een Teamleader Customer Support die ook mee werkt op de afdeling als Customer Support Officer, dit betreft dus een dubbelrol.

De Customer Support Officer vind het een uitdaging vindt om samen met onze Field Engineers een oplossing te vinden voor de vragen van onze klanten over onze machines. De Teamleader Customer Support coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen Klantenservice en biedt functionele begeleiding aan zowel de Front
- als de Backoffice.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Het organiseren van de werkdruk op dagelijkse basis en het monitoren van de voortgang, kwaliteit en resultaten.
- Het instrueren, coachen en begeleiden van (nieuwe) Klantenservice medewerkers, volledig in lijn met de bedrijfsdoelen en KPI's.
- Het uitvoeren van functioneringsgesprekken voor de Klantenservice medewerkers.
- Het informeren van de Service Director over de prestaties van de Front
- en Backoffice medewerkers.
- Het verbeteren van de prestaties, kwaliteit en processen binnen de Front
- en Backoffice.
- Het beheren van incidenten en het rapporteren van trends in herhalingen.
- Incident
- en Probleembeheerder.
- Het beheren en rapporteren van KPI's (monitoren, behalen en actie ondernemen indien nodig).
- Het fungeren als back-up voor de Teamleider Field Engineers
- Het ontvangen, registreren en beheren van alle inkomende service
- en ondersteuningsverzoeken van klanten en internationale Field Engineers.
- Het rapporteren over veelgestelde vragen van klanten en internationale Field Engineers.
- Het monitoren en analyseren van klantgedrag op basis van call-informatie.
- Het uitvoeren van software-updates.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet op een duidelijke en effectieve manier met anderen te communiceren.
- Je bent goed in het analyseren van problemen en het vinden van passende oplossingen.
- Je bent sterk in het plannen en organiseren van taken om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
- Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en focust op wat het belangrijkst is.
- Je bent proactief en toont initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren en problemen voor te zijn.
- Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
- Je hebt mínimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Je hebt sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en kunt een team effectief aansteken en begeleiden.
- Je hebt uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
