Het hoofdkantoor, gevestigd in Lelystad, is dé hotspot van de organisatie. Met ruim 100 enthousiaste collega’s werken zij al sinds 1991 aan vooruitstrevende collecties die stijlbewuste ouders ondersteunen in een nieuwe fase in hun leven.
**Omschrijving**:
Als Sales Support Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte afhandeling van de klantenorders van zowel nationale als internationale (online) klanten. Dit gaat via een B2B portal, mail en telefoon om gestelde omzetdoelstellingen te behalen alsmede pro-actief commerciële acties uit voeren. Tevens fungeer je als partner voor de accountmanagers. Werkzaamheden die bij de functie horen zijn:
- Het verwerken van orders die via de B2B portal, telefonisch en per mail binnenkomen volgens de wensen van de klant
- Doorzetten van de orders naar het warehouse alsmede contact onderhouden met het warehouse omtrent de status van zendingen
- Verkoop stimuleren door commercieel te denken en pro-actief te reageren op de behoefte van de klant
- Fungeren als partner voor de sales
- en accountmanagers en voorzien van de juiste informatie op het juiste moment
- Verwerken van interne en externe orders, retourorders en manco’s in de systemen waarmee gewerkt wordt
- Zorgdragen voor verwerking van backorders en toekomstige direct sales orders
- Zorgdragen voor de juiste content oplevering vanuit de databank bij de diverse accounts
- Uitvoeren van commerciële acties om het resultaat te verbeteren door onder andere het onderhouden van een toolbox en het uitzetten van de juiste acties op het juiste moment

**Wie ben jij?**
De Sales Support Specialist die wij zoeken is klantgericht, commercieel en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen. Je kunt goed zelfstandig en in teamverband functioneren. Tevens ben je stressbestendig, accuraat, communicatief vaardig, heb je overtuigingskracht, een pro-actieve houding en ben je service -en oplossingsgericht.
Verder vragen wij:
- Minimaal een MBO+ opleiding
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Kennis van de Nederlandse en Duitse taal
