**About the role**:
We're looking for an Influencer Lead who will direct all regional Influencer work, be a strong client & BTG liaison. You will direct and deploy the executional team + BTG Influence platform use. You will be the line manager to influencer roles in market.

**What you will be doing**:

- **Lead Regional Influencer Strategy**: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- **Client and BTG Liaison**: Serve as the main contact for clients and BTG teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- **Team Direction**: Oversee executional team for influencer campaigns and manage influencer roles within the market.
- **Utilize BTG Influence Platform**: Direct the use of the BTG Influence platform for influencer identification, campaign tracking, and performance insights.
- **Influencer Recruitment**: Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers that align with brand values and target audiences.
- **Campaign Strategy and Execution**: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute engaging influencer campaigns.
- **Performance Analytics**: Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with internal teams to ensure synergy in messaging and marketing initiatives.
- **Event Representation**: Represent the brand at industry events to foster connections and coordinate influencer participation.

**What you need to be great in this role**:

- Proven track record in influencer marketing, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role or within marketing/communications.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to develop and execute effective influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients, influencers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in the industry.
- in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, including the ability to leverage technology for engagement and measurement.
- Experience managing and leading teams, with an aptitude for fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Strong interest in digital marketing trends and popular culture to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Experience in using GenAI to enhance/support content creation preferred.
