We are looking for our new **Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics Partner CE (Continental Europe) M/F/X**.** **Within the Talent Acquisition organization, you will be responsible for the development and execution of Talent Acquisition services in CE to ensure we are competitive, effective, and able to recruit the best quality talent to support long term workforce skills gaps and resourcing requirements.
You will **translate** our Talent Acquisition (TA) **strategy into operational improvements**. While combining your **creativity**, **data driven** and **agility** thinking with **business expertise** and a knowledge of **recruitment technology** (SuccessFactors is a plus) you will work closely with the TA team to ensure they have the End-to-End processes, knowledge, and methods in place to attract and recruit effectively.
You report to the Director of TA CE, and your primary office will be in any of our offices within Continental Europe (France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, or France). While working with the TA Team CE, you will also work together with the Global TA Analytics Team, our shared service center, the HR Business Partners, and our Vice President HR CE.
**Key responsibilities**:
- You **develop** and **maintain** operating procedures for the end-to-end recruitment processes, incorporating **trainings** and development programs for the TA CE team.
- You develop the **Knowledge Platform** for TA Excellence: TA Onboarding, Subject Matter Experts, upskilling on tools usage.
- You use **data and workforce analytics** to increase TA Excellence and maturity across all hiring practices and align with the team to **share** best known **practices**.
- You collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to **provide actionable insights to aid decision making**.
- You develop and maintain **dashboards** and **reports** **to track key recruitment metrics** (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, sourcing channels, etc.).
**Qualifications**:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in either a corporate or agency environment.
- You have highly analytical and HR project management experience with demonstrable results delivering and implementing technology, processes, or TA initiatives.
- You are experienced in facilitating external and internal stakeholders project meetings.
- You have strong analytical and listening skills, with a proven ability to collect, organize, visualize and assimilate data.
- You have a proven understanding of all recruitment-related components such as sourcing, qualifying, offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors is strongly preferred.
- You are highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities.
- You have a strong bias for action, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- You have effective communication skills and the ability to present and articulate information in an easy-to-understand manner across all levels of the organization.
- You are an excellent data storyteller.
- You are experienced in defining project scope, timeline, cost, and risk, building business cases and other analytical assessments.
- You have a deep knowledge and experience of recruitment technology, including automation and/or integration to wider TA tools.
- You are a strong communicator with a passion for driving excellence, a natural problem solver with the ability to influence and consult.
