The Heineken Flagship Store, one of the largest branded merchandise stores globally, operates within this context, offering a wide array of Heineken products. Elevate your career to new heights as the Heineken Flagship Store Shift Leader, where you'll spearhead the orchestration of daily operations within an iconic destination. As the driving force behind the store's success, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, blending merchandise sales mastery with unparalleled guest experiences. Reporting directly to the Store Operations Manager, you'll unleash your leadership prowess to ensure every moment in the store is infused with the spirit of Heineken excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise in-store sales procedures to ensure adherence to HEX Merchandise guidelines.
- Uphold exceptional guest hospitality standards and ensure a superior service experience.
- Provide guidance and instruction to floor personnel, fostering a culture aligned with HEX values.
- Maintain accurate records of worked hours and ensure administrative compliance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations to safeguard the well-being of staff and guests.
- Execute store operations-related tasks such as trainings in alignment with the Store Operations Manager's directives.
- Offer feedback for continuous improvement initiatives, including product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and address any system malfunctions or areas for improvement, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Foster collaboration with the HEX Warehouse Manager and associated logistics for seamless operations.

**Experience/Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong employee and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solution-oriented with a focus on business process improvement
- Proactive mindset and ability to multitask
- Flexibility and resilience to work under pressure and uncertainty
- Fluent English language required. MBO level education
