About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at The Seafood Bar in Amsterdam. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of 10-20 colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide support to colleagues, manage quality, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Act as a host, ensuring a positive guest experience and contributing to the success of The Seafood Bar.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of seafood and wine is a plus.
  • Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Reside in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
  • Presentable appearance.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
Benefits
  • Salary: €2500-€3500 per month (excluding holiday allowance).
  • Tips ranging from €700 to €900 per month.
  • 26 vacation days.
  • Pension plan.
  • Holiday allowance: 8%.
  • Opportunities for advancement to Assistant Manager.
  • Travel allowance starting from 10 km.
