**Job Title**: Clinical AI Innovation Lead

**Your role**:

- **Leading Clinical AI Explorations**: Initiate and manage innovation projects together with clinical partners, focused on the new capability development of clinical AI technologies, either organically, or inorganically, creating the recipe from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with clinical needs and business objectives.
- ** Collaboration and Cross-Pollination**: Foster collaboration across BUs, sharing insights and advancements in clinical AI to accelerate innovation and adoption of new technologies.
- ** Staying Ahead of Trends**: Continuously monitor advancements in AI and healthcare technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in our solutions.
- ** Ethical AI Development**: Ensure that all clinical AI projects adhere to ethical AI principles, including transparency, fairness, and respect for patient privacy.

**You're the right fit if**:

- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading AI projects from ideation through implementation, ideally in the healthcare sector.
- Solid understanding of Hospital IT ecosystem, integration with PACs and EMRs
- Proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies, including deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and generative models (e.g., GANs, RNNs, VAEs).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with stakeholders across different levels and functions.
- A commitment to ethical AI development, with a clear understanding of the implications of generative AI in healthcare
