**Job Title**: Radiology Informatics Implementation Clinical Consulting Lead - Central Europe
Join our dynamic team as the Clinical Consulting Lead for Radiology Informatics in Central Europe, where you will oversee a team of experts across six countries, driving successful implementation and adoption of Philips' Radiology Informatics solutions. In this key leadership role, you will guide your team to deliver exceptional clinical consultancy, work closely with senior customer leaders, and ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence. **Your Role**:
- Lead and mentor a team of 15 clinical consultants, ensuring the delivery of top-notch consultancy services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions that meet customers' clinical needs during the presales phase.
- Build strong strategic relationships with senior customer leaders and guide them through the implementation and adoption of our solutions.
- Play a critical role in driving successful physician adoption of Philips Radiology Informatics solutions, from workflow analysis to clinical integration.

**You're the Right Fit If**:
- You have 5+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German, English, and one additional language.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a clinical area or equivalent.
- You're willing to travel extensively (>80%) across Central Europe.
