Als Community Manager Food in Delft zorg jij ervoor dat onze horecavoorzieningen hét kloppende hart worden van de campus community. Jouw belangrijkste taak het (ver) binden van gasten en het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een sociale gemeenschap rondom onze dienstverlening, zowel online als offline. Dat doe je door samen met de communicatieteams van de TU Delft en Appèl te vertellen over onze food concepten, door evenementen te organiseren, door te zorgen voor gave narrowcasting presentaties, door data te verzamelen over ons aanbod en natuurlijk door af te stemmen op de wensen van onze opdrachtgever, onze medewerkers op locatie en de gasten in de restaurants. Het ultieme doel? Samen mensen blij maken

Enkele van jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de community en waarborgt dat feedback en vragen bij de juiste mensen terechtkomen.
- Je ontwikkelt een community strategie, vertaalt deze in concrete en meetbare plannen, en draagt zorg voor de implementatie.
- Je stimuleert communicatie tussen de verschillende afdelingen op de locaties van Appel bij TU Delft en de community.
- Je weet dat plannen continu kunnen veranderen. Door meten en leren pas je met gemak aan om er een succes van te maken.
- Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat iedereen haarscherp op het netvlies heeft wat er binnen de community speelt.
- Werken als Community Manager Food in Delft, is meewerken aan een hechte gemeenschap op een internationale topuniversiteit_

Als Community Manager Food in Delft sta jij er natuurlijk niet alleen voor. Samen met onze accountmanager campus en onze banqueting manager werk jij op de campus. Verder werk je veel samen met de communicatie collega’s van TU Delft Horeca én schakel je veel met je marketing & communicatie collega’s op het servicekantoor van Appèl. Je staat midden in de community, bent actief over het gehele campusterrein en samen met de accountmanager worden jullie hét gezicht van Appèl binnen de TU Delft.
