**Model Risk Intern**
As a **Model Risk Intern**, your contribution in the area of model risk could make a difference in sustaining our business and products that support our customers every day. Your knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm will contribute directly to the success of a global company.

**Day to day**:
- Collaborate closely with senior modellers and policy specialists to ensure that models align with business requirements, performance standards, and DLL’s risk appetite.
- Support the maintenance of non-regulatory models.
- Develop data queries and dashboards for recurring and ad hoc reporting, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements and create well-performing, compliant models.
- Communicate analysis results effectively in both written and verbal formats to stakeholders and the business.
**Essentials**:
- Quantitative academic education in a relevant field, like Econometrics/Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Data Science.
- Experience in quantitative financial modeling; model development.
- Excellent skills in software packages for statistical and data analysis, such as Python and R and experience with extracting data from various databases and analysing large data sets for conversion into useful business information
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English

**Compensation**:
You will receive an internship allowance of 350 - 500 euros based on a fulltime workweek and depending on your educational level.
