**COO Risk Management Intern**
As the **Risk Management Intern for Group COO**, you will be responsible for supporting the activities of the COO Chief Risk Officer as well as the Global Business Unit Chief Risk Officers. The activities will include initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department. Some of these initiatives will be ongoing while some will be one-off. These activities include enhancing the department SharePoint site, organizing team meeting agendas, taking minutes of committee meetings, performing monthly portfolio performance analysis, and to the extent possible, explore opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence.

**Day to day**:

- COO Risk SharePoint - reorganize the SharePoint site, including the filing of industry sector reports and quarterly risk reports
- Serve as the Bill & Collect Center of Excellence Committee Secretary, setting agendas and taking minutes
- Enhance the COO Risk Vendor Program Master Spreadsheet
- Manage the timely completion of Department Policy & Procedures, working with the CRO’s Management
- Support COO CRO with the management and organization of leadership team and COO Risk Team Meetings
- Support the organization of the Risk Management Offsite meeting
- Serve as the department’s Records Retention Manager
- Support risk training initiatives
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI in COO Risk’s daily business
- Provide portfolio analysis support to COO CRO utilizing PowerBI

**Compensation**:
You are entitled to an internship allowance of 350 - 500 euros gross per month based on a fulltime workweek and dependent on your educational level.
