**Risk Governance and Reporting Intern**
As a **Risk Governance and Reporting Intern**, you will work within the Integrated Risk Management team, at the core of the risk activities of our organisation, playing a crucial role in supporting key Risk Governance processes. You will ensure the timely completion and delivery of quarterly reports and contribute to continuous process improvements, helping to strengthen our risk management framework.

**Day to day**:

- Support annual Risk Governance processes: Risk Identification & Assessment (RIA), Risk Taxonomy, Risk Appetite Statement updates.
- Support the timely completion and delivery of the regional/global Risk Appetite quarterly reporting by collecting stakeholders’ inputs, preparing templates, and maintaining communication flow.
- Assist Risk Governance Policy updates.
- Support Learning and Development reporting and monitoring.
- Collaborate with team members on various Risk Governance tasks.
- Contribute to Risk Governance process improvements.

**Essentials**:

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in preparing reports and updating templates.
- Communication Skills: Effective English written and verbal communication.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest in Risk Management: A keen interest in learning about risk governance and management processes, and eager to provide ideas and suggestions
- Cultural Sensitivity: Sensitive to cultural differences and ability to work with different cultures and nationalities.

**Extras**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

**Compensations**:
The internship will start in February/March 2025. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. If you work less, this amount will be prorated.
