**Your internship**:
You’ll be helping us achieve this by supporting the Credit Controller in managing the accounts receivable to reduce aged debt and increase cash flow. Your responsibilities will include assisting with preparing account and customer information in anticipation of weekly reviews with the Credit Controller and Credit Manager and working closely with Dealer Service and Sales departments to assist the Credit Controller with managing any potential disputes that may delay payments and deliveries. Germany, Austria and Switzerland are your primary market; however, you are expected to support other markets if required.

**Your tasks**:

- Assist the credit controller in the German-speaking portfolio management for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Support the management of daily blocked orders
- Support the credit controller with reminder and recovery process for wholesale accounts receivable throughout Europe
- Support the preparation of the Direct Debit files for review of the Credit Manager and send them to the bank
- Support sending out the invoices and credit notes on a daily basis
- Participate in project work and process improvements

**What we’re looking for**:

- Enrolled in University (preferably Finance, Accounting) for the entire duration of the internship and internship is a mandatory part of your education program
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Flexible attitude and ability to work on own initiative
- Fluency in English and German; another language is a plus
- A love of the outdoors
- An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work

**Other important details**:

- This is a full-time 6-month internship based in Amsterdam, starting from mid January / Februaru 2025.
- We have a hybrid work model, working from home for 2-3 days per week, but encourage our interns to be in the office more often.

- Please note that this internship is not suitable for completing a thesis project.
