**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to achieve excellence in food preparation.
- Create and develop innovative and flavorful menus that exceed our guests' expectations.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and ensuring food safety.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure guests have a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and foster their development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a chef in a restaurant setting.
- Creativity and a passion for crafting unique and delicious dishes.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software and willingness to perform administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
