In this role, will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial forecast models, managing and optimizing capital under Solvency II regulations, and ensuring compliance with Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRT) requirements.
**In this role, you’ll**:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecast insurance models,. analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights to senior management.-
- Optimize capital management strategies under Solvency II regulations.-
- Collaborate with global FP&A and ensure EU business is connected to and integrated with broader capital planning.-
- Prepare QRT reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to stay updated on reporting requirements.-
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.-
- Communicate financial performance and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships.**What you’ll need**:
- Experience with Solvency II regulations, capital management, and QRT reporting is a must-
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.-
- 5-7 years of experience in modeling, business & financial planning, and analysis within the insurance industry.-
- Direct-to-consumer P&C business experience, a plus-
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software systems.-
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.-
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to senior management and external stakeholders.-
- Proficiency in English is required-
- Ability to work in an office 3 days a week**Things to know**
