Role Purpose:
Key Accountabilities and Duties:
- Lead CAPEX preparation and execution for the given area of responsibility.- Lead assigned project delivering the scope in the given time/budget.- Develop an in-depth understanding of IT, Engineering and business initiatives, strategies and needs for the future and ensure OT initiatives are aligned to it.- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive Roadmap for Lonza to ensure that that Operations and Services needs are anticipated and exceeded.- Remain aware of external best practice in the field and use this knowledge to develop and maintain the necessary capabilities within the site/region/function.

Qualifications:
Degree required Bachelors - Field of Study - Life Sciences / Informatics
