Are you tech-savvy and do you love tinkering? Do you want to make the world a little greener? Become a **Public Policy Manager** as a new member of our Go Sharing Netherlands office.

**Who Are you?**
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, or advocacy roles within the transportation or technology sector.
- Full proficiency in English & Dutch (read, written, and spoken) is required.
- Proven track record of navigating complex regulatory environments and influencing policy outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and coalition building.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative culture.

**What are you going to do?**
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations governing shared mobility services.
- Develop and implement advocacy strategies to influence policy decisions and promote favorable regulatory frameworks.
- Engage with government officials, transportation agencies, and community stakeholders to build consensus and address concerns.
- Lead the development of policy positions and initiatives that align with GO Sharing's objectives and values.
- Conduct strategic analysis and research to assess the impact of proposed policies and identify emerging trends.
- Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and communications campaigns.
- Foster collaboration and coordination across internal teams, including Legal, Operations, and Marketing, to achieve policy objectives.
