If you are choosing to work for the Unilever Ice Cream business, you will work for the Global, leading Ice Cream player with €7.9bn Turn Over in 2023. The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

**JOB PURPOSE**:
This role reports into the Ice Cream Chief HR Officer (CHRO), core to the Ice Cream Business Group Leadership Team, and will be a strategic player in defining and developing the long-term HR strategic plans and objectives of the Ice Cream Company, as well as delivering the key priorities in the short-term with the team.
The main responsibilities of the role can be defined into the following 3 areas
**Drive HR Transformation and Strategy into Action**
- Lead the development and defining the HR Strategy to enable the Re-Founding Ice Cream Growth Plan.
- Visionary and trend spotter, you will be distilling your learning of the category, our Ice Cream people, and the external HR industry, with the aim to improve our strategies and aid the realisation of the growth plan.
- Create and drive the one Ice Cream story - on transformation, our Ice Cream identity, culture & Executive Vice President working closely with our President, Customer Marketing Operations, Communications & Corporate Affairs and Chief HR Officer.
- Responsible for regular Ice Cream HR Leadership Team performance & agenda review sessions, driving a meaningful agenda that instils action and long-term sustainable growth.
- In tune with the company ‘’pulse’’, you will bridge and influence senior decisions to land execution.
**Support the CHRO - Chief of Staff**
- Lead the HR drumbeat & rhythm across horizons on ‘’perform’’ and ‘’transform’’ - set quarterly priorities across the HR team focused around Objectives and Key Results and strategies, and action them effectively.
- Support the Ice Cream CHRO on strategic projects (transformation, separation related).
- Content lead and partner with Comms to communicate HR strategy, leadership messages, and landing engagement activities to the internal community (e.g. Leadership meetings/forums, Townhalls, broadcasts and weekly/bi-monthly Global News updates) and external stakeholders (e.g. keynote events, media, PR).
