**As a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR these are your key tasks and responsibilities**
- Ensure effective staff planning is in place to achieve KPIs and volume targets, while keeping within budgeted headcount
- Prioritize workload in liaison with Customer Service team
- Maintain training records for direct reports
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met - always promote a safe working environment
- Manage inventory to contractual levels including PI/cycle counting
- Manage absence and holidays to ensure appropriate cover is always in place
- Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary meetings
- Liaise with Customer Service team to ensure all charges to clients are captured
- Develop and mentor the warehouse team to ensure Operational Excellence is achieved
- Monitor and amend warehouse processes to ensure best practice is achieved

**Who are you?**
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experience, preferably in the logistics sector
- Strong people management and social skills, able to guide and support the team
- Good working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Priorities Health & Safety in the warehouse
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Good communicator in dealing with different stakeholders i.e. drivers, customers and employees
- Computer literate; Excel, Outlook, Word plus experience in stock control and warehouse management systems
- Pro-active attitude and able to work independently
- Diligence and attention to detail
- Fluent in English - both verbally and in writing

Our work schedule is Monday - Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00. The shift patterns are variable depending on workload from the client. We do our best to ensure that you will only work one week an evening shift per month. You should be in possession of own your transportation (no public transport is available). There is no requirement to work weekends.
