**What you’ll do**:
Dan heeft Eaton Hengelo (onderdeel van de EMEA Electrical Systems & Solutions Business Unit, Kritische Systemen Divisie) een uitdagende en interessante functie voor je:
**Operationele Planner**

In deze functie is het jouw rol om de toegewezen projecten/orders zo te plannen en te vervolgen zodat ze op tijd worden geleverd aan de klant zodat de klant tevreden is en de levertijd aan de verwachting voldoet of zelfs beter is dan verwachting. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met o.a. jouw collega’s planners, supply chain, order/project managers, werkvoorbereiders, klant-order engineers (elektro-techniek, werktuigbouwkunde of applicatie), teamleiders/supervisor productie en collega’s op de werkvloer.

**Waar word je verantwoordelijk voor?**
- Het ontwikkelen van een gedetailleerde geïntegreerde projectplanning
- Het identificeren van het kritieke pad voor materiaal, engineering en productiemiddelen en dit monitoren op voortgang.
- Het actief participeren in project kick-offs en reviews, reviewen van werkplannen, toewijzen van verantwoordelijkheden en identificeren van escalatiepaden. Werkorders vrijgeven en het bewaken van tijdige projectoplevering. Het identificeren en monitoren van KPI's
- Op algeheel projectniveau regelmatig monitoren, overzien, integreren, coördineren en afstemmen met betrekking tot de verschillende werkorders.
- Beoordelen en ondersteunen van (“scope”) wijzigingsverzoeken, rekening houdend met het kritieke pad, planning van het project. Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses ivm de wijzigingsverzoeken. Adviseren van ordermanagement en andere belanghebbenden bij besluitvorming hierover.
- Regelmatig ondersteunen en faciliteren van risicomanagement, deelnemen aan rapportage van KPI's aan het management. Het voorbereiden van projectbeoordeling na voltooiing, om de prestaties te kunnen evalueren. Het voorbereiden van winstgevendheid en klanttevredenheidsscore met de beschikbare softwaretools, mede vastleggen van geleerde lessen en verbetervoorstellen (“lessons learned”).
- Knelpunten herkennen en oplossen op projectniveau en de verschillende belanghebbende disciplines informeren.

**Qualifications**:

- Hbo-niveau of vergelijkbaar op basis van ervaring, in een combinatie van engineering, materiaalbeheer, productieplanning met goede kennis van materiaal
- en logistiek management.

**Skills**:

- Effectief kunnen werken met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur met SAP), in een matrixorganisatie met klant/leverancier interacties in een productie-omgeving.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en bereidheid om je verder te ontwikkelen.
- Continue willen verbeteren van de planningsprocessen in samenwerking met het betrokken team.
- Een uitstekende teamspeler en probleemoplosser die de verschillende belangen van de betrokken partijen kan afwegen.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord & geschrift.
