About the Role

The Supply Chain Team at Thales is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to lead industrial projects across the Supply Chain. As a key representative, you will be responsible for bringing products to the industrial level, proposing operational industrial solutions, and ensuring communication between teams.

You will be a member of the Product Team, responsible for drawing up the bid phase, order acceptance/launch, design, and production phase of a project and products. Your tasks will include identifying work needed to setup series production, risks, and opportunities, supporting production recurrent cost calculation, and setting up initial planning for activities.

  • Develop and implement industrial plans, ensuring manufacturability and testability in designs to meet recurrent cost targets.
  • Manage production budget and planning, collaborating with the Master Planner to monitor delivery dates and quality of initial products.
  • Lead industrialization actions, working with Purchasing and Engineering towards suppliers to ensure a smooth transition to production.

The ideal candidate will have a Master or Bachelor level in Industrial Engineering and Management, with demonstrable knowledge and experience in program and production management. They should also have an affinity with production technologies and processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
