We are gospooky. An incredibly fast-moving bunch of unconventional storytellers, social media superstars and slam-dunking creatives. We know all things internet culture and create scroll-stopping content people want to share. One thing we all have in common: we’re always on the lookout for attention.

**The Action**:
As the **Head of Content**, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Gospooky by leading our content efforts. This role is crucial for advancing our mission to become Europe's leading social agency. Your responsibilities will focus on enabling our team of content leads to keep our clients at the forefront of social.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire: You are managing a team of content leads and guiding them in achieving our clients’ targets. Ultimately, you are accountable for our team of content strategists and content creatives.
- Create and innovate: Generate and execute social-first content across various media channels. You understand that content is not just a short-form video, but can also be a social filter, sound, or virtual world item.
- Content Strategy: Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals and brand vision.
- Implementation of AI processes in our way of working.
- Training and development: developing our traineeship program for people who are just out of school.
- Data-Driven Content: Integrate data insights into content creation and community management processes

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a content leadership role, preferably within a social agency.
- Knowledge of developing content for all relevant social platforms like TikTok, Roblox, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong portfolio in creativity and award-winning content.
- Client-focused: Strong client management skills with the ability to create captivating presentations.
- Industry Knowledge: Affinity with gaming, immersive technology, and/or creators is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dutch & English.
