**The Action**

As the **Head of Data & Insights**, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Gospooky by leveraging data to drive impactful strategies and insights. This role is crucial for advancing our mission to become Europe's leading social agency. Your responsibilities will focus on harnessing data to inform decisions, optimize media strategies, and enhance client outcomes, with a strong emphasis on dashboarding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance our propositions
- Focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Dashboard Creation and Management:

- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio and Supermetrics.
- Provide real-time insights and performance tracking.
- Insights Generation:

- Create actionable insights from data analysis,
- Provide clients with deep understanding and recommendations for optimizing their media investments.
- Platform Analytics:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with media platforms to access
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and insights.
- Data-Driven Content:

- Integrate data insights into content creation and community management processes
- Enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Tooling & Automation:

- Select and implement advanced analytics tools and automation systems
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a data and insights role, preferably within a media or social agency.
- Dashboarding Skills: Proven experience creating and managing dashboards using Google Data Studio and Supermetrics.
- Paid Social Advertising: Hands-on experience working with paid social advertising platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in relevant analytics platforms and technologies. Experience with TikTok, Meta, and Snap is essential; familiarity with social commerce and immersive technologies (e.g., Roblox, and Fortnite) is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic data initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Client-focused: Strong client management skills with the ability to present data insights and strategic recommendations effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Experience in leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Affinity with gaming, immersive technology, and/or creator management is a plus.
