**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hardware Support**:

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform basic hardware repairs and upgrades under supervision.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and repairs as needed.

**Ticket Management**:

- Respond to service desk tickets promptly and professionally.
- Prioritise and escalate tickets according to severity and impact on business operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of ticket resolution processes and updates.

**Software Support**:

- Assist users with software-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to test and deploy software updates and patches.

**Operating System Maintenance**:

- Support users with operating system issues on Windows and macOS platforms.
- Perform basic OS configurations and installations as required.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and best practices for Windows and macOS environments.

**MDM (Mobile Device Management)**:

- Assist in managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Azure and Jamf.
- Help configure and deploy mobile devices, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Troubleshoot MDM-related issues and provide user training as needed.

**Asset Management**:

- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Participate in asset tracking, tagging, and disposal processes.
- Support asset audits and compliance checks to ensure proper asset management procedures are followed.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows/macOS, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
