Met jouw scherpe analyses zet je een steeds professioneler planteam neer.Het Supply Chain Planning team levert een cruciale bijdrage aan ons productieproces. Met de juiste planning en voorraadniveaus zorgen zij voor onze leverbetrouwbaarheid richting onze MTO en MTS klanten. Dit uiteraard continue tegen de laagst mogelijke kosten. Het Supply Chain planning team bestaat uit 6 planners waar jij direct leiding aan geeft. Het team fungeert als spin in het web in onze organisatie en werkt zeer nauw samen met de teams van inkoop, logistiek, sales, quality en productie.
- Jij realiseert met jouw team de Supply Chain kpi's. Ook verzorg je de (verdere) ontwikkeling en implementatie van de Supply Chain Planning strategie. Het bewaken en optimaliseren van het planningsproces is ook jouw taak. Dit doe je door implementatie van de juiste systematiek om de voorraden grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen te optimaliseren, rekening houdend met afgesproken servicelevels. Verder leid je de Sales & Operations Planning meetings en neem je deel aan diverse projecten.

De afdeling Supply Chain is de afgelopen jaren flink gegroeid, wat ook wel logisch is met de meer dan 1.5 miljard capsules die wij 24/7 produceren en versturen naar onze klanten over de hele wereld. In totaal bestaat het SC team uit 22 mensen, waarvan 6 in het Planners team zitten, 12 in het Warehouse/Logistics team en 4 op Inkoop/Development. Wij werken hard en met elkaar. Er is een goede sfeer en de deuren staan voor elkaar open.

- Minimaal HBO diploma richting Supply Chain Management;
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in Supply Chain Planning;
- Bekend met Supply Chain methodieken voor het berekenen van reorderpoint, EOQ, Safety stock, order frequency, etc.
- Zowel analytisch, tactisch, als cijfermatig sterk;
- Een sterk ontwikkeld empathisch vermogen, communicatief vaardig en een goede luisteraar;

In 2012 was de markt klaar voor de productie van private label koffie capsules voor Nespresso® machines. Wij hebben toen met een energiek team de kans gegrepen en hebben een prachtige organisatie gebouwd. In onze eerste fabriek in Rotterdam maken we met ruim 300 collega’s dagelijks zo’n 3 miljoen Nespresso® compatibele capsules. Op onze tweede locatie maken we sinds 2016 Dolce Gusto® compatibele capsules. Sinds 2019 hebben we Nespresso Professional aan ons product portfolio toegevoegd. In 2020 zijn we gestart met de bouw van een derde fabriek die eind 2021 is geopend. Euro Caps heeft tientallen jaren aan expertise in huis over koffie en het verpakken ervan in capsules.
