As we expand and prioritize our projects, we seek a strong and driven individual to lead our Demand and Supply Planning transformation program across Europe. In this exciting role, you will be integrated into the Operations team and report directly to the End-to-End Planning Director for Europe, taking on the responsibilities of:

Role Overview

In this position, you will drive, manage, and coordinate a variety of challenging projects within the Supply Chain domain. As our Project Manager, you will oversee project management and coordination efforts. If you thrive on responsibility, enjoy structuring complex and exciting projects, and want to be a pivotal part of our transformation journey, this opportunity is tailored for you. Your role will involve gaining visibility into the project, identifying potential issues and risks early, ensuring effective resource allocation, and building trust while communicating clearly with various (senior) stakeholders within the organization. Proficiency in Supply Chain Planning tools and Demand & Supply processes is essential for success in this role.

Our application landscape primarily utilizes SAP. Most of our business change initiatives necessitate SAP expertise to define and implement necessary changes. While our project managers are not expected to be SAP specialists, a general understanding of SAP is important, and a willingness to enhance your knowledge of SAP is encouraged.

You will actively contribute to helping the business achieve its objectives by successfully leading the projects under your purview. The key responsibilities as our Project Manager Supply Chain include:

Implementing overall solutions for European business units;Coordinating key stakeholders and functions throughout the organization and with external partners: Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Master Data, Business Units, Procurement, Business Process Owners, Vendors, Integration Partners, etc.Creating and delivering reports on project progress, including budgeting and timeline updates, planning, resource allocation, task completion rates, risk assessments, and more;Advising on program-level decisions and providing timely approvals;Organizing agendas and meetings with the Steering Committee, setting up workshops, and conducting check-ins;Piloting the implementation of the Operating Model;Supervising and supporting local roll-outs;

Candidate Profile

You hold a Master's degree in (Technical) Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Technology, or another relevant technical field;You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably within the manufacturing/FMCG and/or consulting sectors;You possess experience managing complex supply chain projects and integrating IT solutions;You are analytically strong, structured, detail-oriented, highly organized, and can easily connect with diverse stakeholders across the organization and with external partners;You enjoy the dynamics of a fast-paced, growing international company and a role that offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to add value to both Refresco's success and your career;You have a balanced mix of technical knowledge and business acumen, combined with a strong drive, decisiveness, natural leadership, and pragmatism;You are entrepreneurial, possess strong communication and people management skills, and embrace challenges;Essential requirements include fluency in English and experience with SAP;
