Project Manager Supply Chain Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Demand and Supply Planning transformation program across Europe. As a key member of the Operations team, you will report directly to the End-to-End Planning Director Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive, manage, and coordinate various challenging projects in Supply Chain, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, timeline updates, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Business Units, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.
  • Make informed decisions and provide timely sign-offs on project-related matters.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, and check-ins with the SteerCo team.
  • Pilot and implement the Operating Model, ensuring its effective adoption across the organization.
  • Supervise and support local roll-out initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in (Technical) Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Technology, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the manufacturing/FMCG and/or Consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex supply chain projects and integrating IT solutions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and experience with SAP.
